Product seems to be in tact but always skeptical of packages that appear to have been opened. I am going to take the new one and old one into Ulta to compare. Received the package that must have been sliced.

Unable to remove cover without removing pump. As you can see, when it showed up, I noticed right away it was smaller than usual, so I grabbed the one I bought in January at Ulta, and I looked and it says it has the same amount of fluid ounces? It’s great coverage and very smooth
