That’s my review. I now use the fluid to clean the litter trays too and it's very effective for that too. cat has not returned to mark area it has been a week since I treated the area.

Excellent product; I got this because one of my kittens had a little problem with urinating on bedding and this spray works a treat and neutralising the odour and making it smell nice in the process. Daily treatments for 5 days, and the smell had gone, no staining on the seat from the solution either. This stuff is a miracle.

Then you are not using it as instructed. Definetly recommended 👌 I got this along with a blue torch and let me tell you the torch shone on the surfaces to see where the little devil sprayed. But it worked for me very well!

If you bought this stuff and left a bad review ! I have also used this solution to clean around the toilet floor and nearby wall, it gets rid of that teenage boy bathroom smell too. Getting rid of strong cat spray smell, any urine smell, staining and it smell absolutely beautiful. The smell is absolutely beautiful, it got rid of most of it, as only used not long ago I have one spot that need to do again but other then that definetly stocking my cupboard with it!

I highly recommend this and also investing in a black light but do the research on the correct type of black light to see cat peeI have two intacted male cats and it worked great. Took one star off due to bottle leaking when delivered and it is bit expensive so next time will buy big bottle instead of spray and just top it up. This spray is one of the only things I've found that works and stops cats from reoffending. I’m glad i got a large bottle because as i went around the house with the torchlight like a CSI investigation.

People have written thar theu dont like the scent of this product, scent is subjective however and I find it lovely and fresh bit not overpowering. Using it on bedding means I need to use a lot and if bigger bottles were available at reasonable prices this would be ideal. My own cat Persua is neutered and does not add to rhe odours thankfully but he does not like the smell either. 😻😻
