Since then, each suiccessive generation of the Briottet family has worked at the firm and the range of liquors has now more than 60 flavors. This Gabriel Boudier Cacao White is produced using Ivorian Cacao Beans which are roasted and infused into the alcohol.

But you could drink it alone because of how nice it is. The grasshopper turned out really creamy and gorgeous =) Simply measure 60mls each of creme de cacao, creme de menthe and cream, shake over ice, strain and serve! Perfection!

Bloody divine it is. If you love the taste of anything chocolaty, it's worth giving this a try. An iconic classic for crafting many cocktails; including my delicious 1920s Grasshopper! Bought it to mix with Creme De Menthe to make a cocktail called the grasshopper.
