So I put a four * because I don't like sauerkraut, kefir and natural yogurts with bifidus and I think this could reasonably meet the needs of my colon :-) even if I keep thinking that I can't verify their effectiveness. They contain 20 different live bacterial strains, with the addition of prebiotics (inulin and fructooligosaccharides) to help bacteria grow.

Taken regularly, it can balance the intestine. I have always taken one capsule, and I must admit that suffering from irritable bowel, sometimes it's not enough. It really is an act of faith in science and in the laboratory that manufactures it in Slovenia to take these capsules and trust that it works, but since I am in science and there are religions much worse for our health.
