Just put in the first cartridge and this is what I got. 😔Within a week I received at letter (yes snail mail, unusual in this age, but a comment on how much they value the customer). I chose to replace the cartridge.

I've not been able to see any difference between these and the original ones that came with the printer. This was my original review: Bought the 2 cartridge deal as a back up in early June. Hello, Fast delivery and everything was well packed. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

No problems with compatibility and basic printing needs, but on larger areas that should be fully black, the toner doesn't always come out very thick. They are significantly less expensive!
