We've replaced the EVGA Z-12 with the SteelSeries Apex 3 TKL as our pick for the 'Best Cheap Gaming Keyboard'. Comfortable and the switches are very satisfying. The K70 might have an aluminum frame, but I can already confirm that the keyboard is not bulletproof.

Beautiful keyboard with good lights and aesthetics. I got it on sale so it was -£50 and it is a good keyboard. It's good for gaming but apart from the textured keys I really don't see how it's much better than any regular keyboard. The media could not be loaded.
