I just apply 3 drops in each ear, no need to tilt head, it works straight away. I'm currently writing this review on holiday, to let everyone know that this really works!

I suffer with painful ears after swimming and after using this product I had no more ear ache and definitely worth buying . It's been 4 days of water exposure and I've had no problems (usually my ears would hurt the next day when I get water In them).

It's also cheaper on amazon, I saw it in the airplane magazine selling for £10. You can't feel it in your ear, it's comfortable and much more convenient than ear plugs which I've found don't work for me. The media could not be loaded.

After a horrible ear infection and problems lasting a year long my doctor told me to never get water in my ears again. I wanted to go in the sea and use the showers to wash my hair, so thought I'd give this a go. Overall, I really recommend this, perhaps if you're wanting to go swimming in the sea on holiday, for a special occasion or if you can't wash hair over bath.

This can be used for any age so I never swim with out it.
