It was too big and bulky for the childs room. Good tips from the others re water draining pipe. The little secondary one at the bottom is poor design but it’s no problem using the main one.

I was nervous after reading the bad reviews but I received it in one day via courier DPD, no damages and brand new. This product is perfect for my childs small room. 5m×7mPlan to use it to dehumidify in the winter when doing laundry so should be usable year round. A little noisy but no more so than a decent standing fan on full blast.

Cooling started immediately and the room is much nicer to be in. . Also the hose that was supplied was folded up so has a few kinks in it which are not coming out. It fits under his high sleeper bed.

Will post an update later in the summer after temps above 30C again if all is going well. 50 when I ran it for 3 hours non stop . Able to close the window with the fabric attached after removing the heat exhaust.

I've owned this now for not even two hours and it has made my living room livable again. It was very quick to deliver and relatively easy to set-up. A good buy! cooled my large sitting room and some of the rest of my flat.

Another selling point was it has a sleep mode. Window kit easy to install and extension long enough for my wide sash.
Hinge window installation was easy with good instructions. It looks sleek.
