Sooooooper but have never been able to justify one. My wife bought this (from Amazon) randomly to help with a project to make a 1:12 scale model of our own house as a kind of architecture, CAD design and dolls house hobby project for our children.

Seriously, it's a professional laser device and not a toy so don't let the children get hold of it. just because.

i like Bosch products. I have a few other Bosch Professional tools including a rotary multitool and an electric screwdriver; they really are a cut above Bosch's standard range of tools and this great laser measurer is no exception. Just buy one and leave that old tape measure in the toolbox. I was surprised by how small this is, but pleasantly surprised.
