A really well designed cookbook for someone that doesn’t cook very often. I’ve made about 14 of these recipes so far and 14/14 of them have been wins. I have made some great meals for an on the go family and they are delicious. It’s simple and clean.

Not only are his recipes delicious, they are also incredibly simple. I try to make dinner for my family roughly 5 nights a week, and lately I have been doing all of my meal planning and cooking from this book. All of the recipes are well planned out and detailed enough for you to understand but not overly detailed so you get lost. Wow - this is a fantastic cookbook!

The media could not be loaded. I took one star off because my book came with two scratches on the front and adhesive stuff on its back in a small section. You won’t be sorry. I have no chef skills but know the basics and this book knows that.
