This book is GORGEOUS! Every recipe I have tried so far has been fantastic. Plus the book is honestly gorgeous. Most recipes only call for a handful of ingredients, most of which are relatively inexpensive and easy to find at your local grocer.

Every recipe has a full color photo and the corresponding instructions are so lovely. Not only are the recipes fantastic, easy to make and healthy, but the book itself is so nice just to leaf through--it's currently sitting on my coffee table. I am low key obsessed with this book.
The recipes don’t use tons of ingredients and they are easy to make. Everything I’ve made from it is delicious. My favorite so far has been the asparagus and pistachio pizza!
