But for a nostalgic look back this is a must for those who lived through this the first time or if you're new than great chance to see how the show began. We also have Alan Dale as Jim Robinson before going to the US and being known for other parts in well known shows but here he is father of 4 kids getting into mischief or causing trouble for him.
This set shows a nicer version of Paul than is currently being played by Stefan Dennis in the current incarnation of the soap right now so it's nice to see how Stefans character started out. Episodes 1 to 56 are on this first volume and is a must have for anyone who loved this show in it's heyday. This 6 disc set contains the early episodes of classic Australian TV series Neighbors starring Stefan Dennis, Paul Keane, Peter O Brian, Elaine Smith, Francis Belle, Kylie Flinker, Anne Haddy , Vikki Blanche as Julie, Darius Perkins as Scott Robinson before the network changed the actor Jason Donovan does not appear yet until episode number 188 so don't be misled by description given on DVD packaging.
